In February 2026, we acquired our local pub in Mathon which borders the Estate. The pub was previously know as The Cliffe Arms and has been shut for over 20 years.
Now we are in the process of carefully restoring it. Our vision is to create a beautiful, welcoming space that connects people to the land, showcases local produce and supports the local community. We will be posting updates on the build @netherleyhallestate on social.
