Unwind in the beautiful Malvern Hills

We have five self-catering cottages for hire all year round, which have been lovingly restored with English oak felled on the Estate. Our cottages are furnished to an exceptionally high standard, child and dog friendly and have access to a tennis court and gym.  

BROOK HOUSE

 

5 Bedrooms (sleeps 10)

Built in about 1670 this listed building has been restored to the highest possible standard. All interior oak timber used is from our own woodlands on the farm estate. The bathroom and en-suites are all elegantly fitted out with top quality materials. The  furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses and the house has a marvellous ambience.​

Bedroom 1: with kingsize bed and en-suite with shower and toilet.

 

Bedroom 2: with double bed and en-suite with bath and toilet.

 

Bedroom 3: with double bed.

 

Bedroom 4: with double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

 

Bedroom 5: with twin beds and en-suite toilet.

Bathroom: With bath, shower and toilet.


Living/dining room: With gas wood burner and TV.


Kitchen: rangemaster and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine and pantry.


Ground floor cloakroom.

Central heating, bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi. Travel cot available on request. Enclosed garden with patio, terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

PARKERS 

4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8)

Built in 1610 this listed building has been lovingly restored to the very highest standard. All interior oak timber used is from our own woodlands on the farm estate. The bathroom and en-suites are all fitted out to a very high standard. All furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses and the cottage boasts good quality antique furniture and attention to detail is second to none.

Bedroom 1: with king-sized bed and ensuite shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2: with double bed and ensuite toilet.

Bedroom 3: with king-sized bed and ensuite shower and toilet. 

Bedroom 4: with twin beds and ensuite toilet.

Utility Room with sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave.

 

Spacious kitchen with stunning red Aga (which can be switched to electric in the summer months) granite worktops, underfloor heating, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine etc.

 

Snug with TV.

 

Dining Room with large dining table and antique furniture.

 

Sitting room with wood burning stove, comfortable furniture and tv.

 

Downstairs bathroom - bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

QUABBS HEAD COTTAGE

4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8)

Quabbs Head Cottage is a beautifully restored 17th century property in the middle of the Netherley Hall Estate, over ½ mile from the nearest dwelling. It stands in a beautiful woodland setting with outstanding views.

Bedroom 1: with kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet and doors leading to terrace (access also from landing).

 

Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed.

Bedroom 3: with kingsize bed.

Bedroom 4: with double bed.

Shower room: with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bathroom: with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Sitting room: with Smart TV and French doors leading to front terrace.

 

Dining room: with French doors leading to side terrace.

PARKERS LODGE

Parkers Lodge is a newly built two bedroom cottage completed during July 2006. All interior oak timber used is from our own woodlands on the farm estate. All rooms are fitted out to a very high standard. All furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses. 

Bedroom 1: with double bed and patio door to veranda.

 

Bedroom 2: with twin beds and ensuite shower and toilet & patio door to veranda.

Spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, granite worktops, underfloor heating, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & Nespresso machine.

Open plan wooden floored dining room and sitting room with TV and comfortable furniture.

 

Large veranda.

THE BOTHY

2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4)

The Bothy is a semi-detached property in the heart of the farm. All rooms are fitted out to a very high standard. All furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses. There is plenty of parking space.

The accommodation comprises:

Bedroom 1: with kingsize bed.

Bedroom 2: with twin beds.

Shower room: with shower cubicle and toilet.

 

Living room: with 45" Sky Smart TV (basic package), iPod dock, wooden floor and French doors leading to patio.

Kitchen/dining room: with electric oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and Nespresso machine.

Separate toilet.

Central heating, bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi. Travel cot available on request. Garden, garden furniture.
