We have four cottages for hire all year round. All of our cottages have been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and lovingly restored using English oak timber felled on the estate.  

BROOK HOUSE

 

5 Bedrooms (sleeps 10)

Built in about 1670 this listed building has been restored to the highest possible standard. All interior oak timber used is from our own woodlands on the farm estate. The bathroom and en-suites are all elegantly fitted out with top quality materials. The  furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses and the house has a marvellous ambience.​

Well landscaped gardens and a veranda with outstanding views. There is plenty of parking space.

The accommodation comprises:

  • Bedroom 1 – ensuite double with patio door to veranda.

  • Bedroom 2 – ensuite twin with patio door to veranda.

THE BOTHY

2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4)

The Bothy is a semi-detached property in the heart of the farm. All rooms are fitted out to a very high standard. All furnishings and fittings are supplied by local businesses and the attention to detail is second to none. All rooms are centrally heated. There is plenty of parking space.

The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor:

  • Living room: With 45" Sky Smart TV (basic package), iPod dock, wooden floor and French doors leading to patio.

  • Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and tiled floor.

  • Separate toilet.

 

First Floor:

  • Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.

  • Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

  • Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
